The service is all inclusive, less drinks, or transfers to or from the ranch, and tips.

Credit cards and check are not accepted.

Reservations must be made by e-mail. Mere telephone calls do not imply their acceptance. They will stay firm when the payment of -at least- the 50% of the contracted service is payed as a deposit in advance, also the total amount of the service can be payed in advance to confirm the booking if this is convinient for the guest. Otherwise, the requested availability will not be guaranteed. The amount of the deposit will be credited to a future service only when the reservation is cancelled before 30 days of the check in. If the reservation is cancelled in whole or in part with less than 30 days prior to the date of the check in, the amount already paid will be charged as cancellation fees. Passengers do not show (meaning that no-show or ads that do not occupy the room past the time of check in, in the date of the reservation) pay 100% of the service.

Accomodation is free of charge for children under 2 who sleep in cradles in the parents room.

SCHEDULES:
Check-in and check-out: check-in starts from 11:00 am. (If they take the tour in the morning should be the stay at Rincón chico at 9.30 am, but may occupy the room only in the time of check in). Check-out is at 10:00 am and the Late check-out is up to 17.00. It’s subject to availability and with no additional charge. People or groups that have contracted the service through a Travel Agency must give the respective voucher at check-in.
Excursions: they will be daily agreed with the ranch coordinator.
Meals: breakfast is served since 8am until 10am, lunch until 2 pm and dinner until 10 pm. Later than these times and if the Pax advised that for some reason can not arrive on time, they´ll be expected with the option of a snack.

MEALS INCLUDED: lunch (or box lunch), snacks, dinner and breakfast. DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED. Breakfast and teatime is buffet, lunch and dinner are with fixed menu (which will be put to consideration of the Pax in time, if any adjustment is required of a personal nature).

In the event that cultural or health reasons, required a special menu, must be reported at the time of booking... When passengers leave the estancia for outside excurtions, warning the previous day, may opt for a lunch box, replacing the lunch.

EXCURSIONS: the guided and non guided excursions (example: mountain bikes) on the ranch are included on the rate.

SATELLITE INTERNET: available to passengers during the time that is turned on the power generator (no WI FI for reasons related to service characteristics that are available).

POWER: 12 volts 24 hs a day and 220 volts, from dusk until midnight.

PETS: not accepted.
